‘When thou saidst, seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, thy face, Lord, will I seek’ (Psalms 27:8). Prayer is a commandment from God to man. ‘Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually’ (1 Chronicles 16:11). We have in the bible what is called prayer as intercessions, which is praying for others.
