Tears of Joy

What brings a tear of joy to your eye?

When People repent of their sins and give their life to Jesus Christ.

Luke 15:10, state that angels rejoice in heaven, specifically when a sinner repents and returns to God. The joy isn’t just a human emotion but a divine expression of approval and celebration, emphasizing the heavenly priority on the value of even a single soul’s repentance.

Surrender

Heavenly father, I come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ lifting my voice in surrender but I know without holiness no one will see the Lord, so I cry out today sanctify me, Lord, purify my heart, cleanse my mind and set me apart for your glory John, 17:17 sanctified them by the truth, your word is truth Father let you word wash me shape me, transform me daily, remove every impurity from my life, separate me from the things of this world that tries to defile my soul, make me holy.

📛 IDOLATRY AIN’T JUST ABOUT STATUES!

1 John 5:21, Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.

We often think of idolatry as some ancient thing—golden calves and carved images, right? 🐂⛏️

But modern idols look more like 💸 money, 💅 vanity, 📱 phones, 🍿 Netflix, 💼 careers, 🏋️‍♂️ gym bodies, 🚗 cars, 💊 escape drugs, and 🔞 secret sin.

👉 If it takes more of your attention, affection, energy, and devotion than God—it’s an idol.

Let’s be real: what do you run to first? What do you cling to for identity, validation, peace, or purpose?

📖 “Little children, keep yourselves from idols.” – 1 John 5:21

📖 “Set your affection on things above…” – Colossians 3:2

📖 “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” – Matthew 6:21

💥 It’s not just about what we say we worship—it’s about what our hearts, time, and habits truly honor.

🔍 Ask yourself today:

— Is my heart bowed to God or to goals?

— Is my joy built on Jesus or on things that can be taken away?

🧎‍♀️ Let’s smash the secret altars.

Let’s crown the real King again.

No more chasing counterfeit glory.

1 John 5:21 Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.

🔥 Jesus is worthy of first place. Always.

Healthcare

Nurses aid and CNA

I admire Nurses aids and CNA‘s the most concerning the healthcare field because they are hands-on caring for your loved ones especially the elderly. When they get old and feeble the elderly so often feel that their families has forgotten them or just too busy to take time to see about them. Yes, they provide the money but time is most important for THEM because they have so little left, so they spend most of their time with their Aids pouring out their hearts concerning their family. I have heard this so many times I to myself is one of those aids, we so often get the lowest pay and do the most work preparing meals, cleaning homes taking them to doctors appointment etc. But! it’s ok for myself and many others. It’s not all about the money It’s all about loving and caring for someone else that is in need. God sees everything and nothing can be hidden from him he will reward us when our time comes. I believe in reaping what you have sows ,so I’m looking forward to being cared for when my time comes getting older needing someone to care for me. I truly am looking forward to reaping what I have sow. Galatians 6:7 (NIV): “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

Speak Father

Listening to God’s voice, through prayer and scripture.
Psalm 32:8 points to a personal relationship with God where He is not distant but actively involved in daily decisions and paths
Psalm 32:8
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with my eye.” Trust God’s counsel, which requires humility and a willingness to submit to His wisdom.

Hope

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

It’s Time

Like the day of Noah people will be going about their normal lives, unconcerned about the coming judgment. Just as the people in Noah’s time were caught off guard by the flood, those living during the end times will be surprised by the return of Christ and the subsequent judgment. Repent , forgive quickly and pray always.

Wake Up!!

Ephesians 5:14-20  (NLT)

for the light makes everything visible. This is why it is said, “Awake, O sleeper, rise up from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. It urges believers to move from a state of spiritual darkness to one of spiritual light through a relationship with Christ. Walk in truth, purity, and God’s presence awaken and arise, you will receive guidance, understanding, and blessing from Christ.

It was asked how do I promote self-care.

I Read or Listen to the word of God, every day. Seeing that everything begins and ends in your mind. I read the word of God and it says. Proverbs 3:5-6, : “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight”.

I trust in God he provides ME with feelings of confidence, peace, and security. It can alleviate anxiety, provide a sense of hope, and empower ME to face life’s challenges with greater resilience. 🙌🏾thank you Father 🙌🏾
