Stronghold is a stubborn patterns of thinking. Stubbornly resisting to listening to God’s words and Gods will. You are very stubborn.
They hold you back from embracing Gods love.

They hold you back from applying Gods words

They tie you back and sufficient you restraining you over and over again.

BUT! One word From God with the Holy Spirit can change it all at the right time.
God can restore.
