*Reprogram Your Mind *
The mind is like a computer how you program it will determine how it will function. We must protect our mind from our own thought sometimes by remembering what the word of God says.
Philippians 4:13 You can do all things through Christ who will give you the strength to do it. Replace your thought with the word of God it will change you life. Reprogram your thinking with what God says about you.
Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Negative thoughts can become a stronghold and keep you from your destiny. Words are like seeds if you dwell on them long enough they will take root and become reality. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ…(The Anointed One)…
Take inventory of your thought life and see if they line up with what God says about you. Delete the negative thoughts and renew you mind with what God says about you.
Jesus die on the cross so your mind can be FREE.

* God Testimony *
It’s good to here someone testimony about what God has done. But ! God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God,which he has given about his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.
1John 5:9-12

Believing in Gods word will bring you rest, that is one of his promises. He’s sent his son Jesus so you can rest , Jesus died and rose again so you may have peace. But you must believe and have faith.

Disconnect from God and to the world = A falling away by NOT reading Gods word = No Faith, Fear, Anxiety, Suicide, Hopelessness , and Disbelief In God will seat in.

Connecting to God with Praise, Worship and Prayer = Renewing your mind in the word = Great Faith, Peace, Zeal , Victory , you are a Conqueror. Romans 8:37-39
Without the work of the Holy Spirit, we are helpless. Seek him, and he will rest upon you — especially in your hour of greatest need.

* 🛑 🚫🚦✋The pain *

Don’t park your life at the point of your pain. Jesus can set you free from that pain. Put your life back in drive and get your mind renew by praying and reading the word of God and some good worship music. Sometimes we have to encourage ourselves in the Lord.

You can find Peace , Joy and Hope in the Lord.

God has a plan for you that MAN can not hinder.
Life can be cruel, and when tragedy or calamity comes on strong, we can become emotionally compromised. Depression and sadness can bring the best of us to our knees. But! Our God is bigger than any calamity, and His Word shows us how we can be freed from the shackles.We can overcome emotional strongholds by Praising the Lord and read or even listening to the word will help to build up your faith.
Philippians 4:13 
We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
So keep the faith.
