Jesus comes to set us free and destroy the chains that bind us. These types of chains manifested in various ways – demons, sickness, sin. The modern day chains that we may experience can come in a variety of forms. It might be an addiction, a lazy attitude or a failure to forgive. We can identify such spiritual shackles by assessing whether whatever it is weakens us, restricts our freedom and prevents us from reaching our potential to become closer to and more like Christ. Jesus Christ can set you free thank you Jesus. Psalm 107:13-16 – Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind, for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.

God is Faithful “Because of the Lord’s GREAT LOVE , we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” Lamentations 3:22-23. Every morning God’s love, compassion and faithfulness arrives to comfort and guide us. He is faithful and ALWAYS on time! And I will not loosen my grip on your life!” So we can say with great confidence: “I know the Lord is for me and I will never be afraid of what people may do to me!” We can be very grateful that he is faithful because he is God and not a human being. We can trust in his love.

Can you think of anything more wonderful to hear from your divine Master the Lord Jesus Christ? He said, “These things I have spoken to you that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full”(John 15:10-11).

You have no true or lasting joy of your own, therefore you are weak. But you can enter into the Lord’s joy and therefore be strong.

In John 8:12, Jesus said “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Dear Lord,
Help me to open my heart and eyes and ears to be aware of those around me. Please give me the good sense to ask for help when needed, offer help when I’m able, humbly accept help from those around me when it’s extended, I will put my hope in you Lord the One who loves me most. Remind me that in my own strength, I am so very weak, but with you Lord I am strong. Thank you Father for being my Rock, Fortress, Refuge, and Redeemer.

Love yourself because God loves you.

The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD.Psalms 27

(Philippians 1:6),
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

God is a Faithful God, He will never start something and not finish it.

You need to have Faith in God believing that what He started in your life, he will bring it to completion.

According to scripture,
God will never leave nor forsake you,

He will never leave you halfway or just as he begins his good work in you.

The good work God is doing in you is in line with God’s purpose for your life.

Look to the future. See yourself in the eyes of God and know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image and likeness of God. You are a wonderful work of God. You are valued, valuable and beautiful. Speak over yourself. Prophesy to yourself. Know who you are and whos you are. Your true identity is in Christ Jesus you are the workmanship of his hands. Psalms 139:14
